Personalised Items:
We take pride in the personalisation of your gifts, tailoring each item to your specifications. Please review your customisations carefully before confirming your order. Due to their unique nature, personalised items cannot be returned if the error is a result of customer mistake or incorrect submission. We craft each piece to your entered specifications, and as such, these purchases are final.

Returns for Non-Personalised Items:
If you are not entirely satisfied with a non-personalised purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition it was received. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
