However, depending on the destination or specific requirements, we may employ other reputable couriers and postal services.

Personalised Items:
We take pride in the personalisation of your gifts, tailoring each item to your specifications. Please review your customisations carefully before confirming your order. Due to their unique nature, personalised items cannot be returned if the error is a result of customer mistake or incorrect submission. We craft each piece to your entered specifications, and as such, these purchases are final.

Returns for Non-Personalised Items:
If you are not entirely satisfied with a non-personalised purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition it was received. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or has been sent in error.

Refunds:
Upon receipt of the returned non-personalised item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be credited back to your account.
